Fact: Jessie J is one of the fittest women in the music business. Dont believe me? Peep her Instagrams.

Jessie regularly posts photos of her washboard abs, toned legs, and jacked arms. Basically, its kinda hard to miss that she looks amazing. And she's made it clear that she works hard for her strong physique, regularly sharing pics and videos on social media of her tough workouts. But Jessie told HuffPost that shes more into working out because of what it can do for her overall health. Its about the longevity of your life, not how you look in the morning, she said.

Jessie has also talked up the perks of exercising for her mental health. [Working out] really makes me feel positive, she previously told Womens Health UK. It releases endorphinsand I never really used to believe in that until I started working out. You do really get this sluggish feeling before a workout where youre like, Oh, I dont want to do it, and you might feel a little low. But you do a workout, and it gives you that pickup. It makes me feel alive.

Worth noting: Jessie doesnt just go hard at the gym and then phone it in for the rest of the day. Youll find Jessie rock climbing, riding ATVs, and doing daredevil jumps into a pool. If its fun and active, Jessie is there.

1She isn't afraid to go high-intensity.

Jessie said she may no be looking her best when she's done a workout, but it's worth it. "When I come out of the gym, Im blotchy red and sweaty, but I feel good, she told HuffPost in 2017.

2She embraces dance as cardio.

Jessie said in a recent Instagram post that she hasn't felt confident about her dancing skills for years, but that doesn't stop her from trying. She shared a sweet video of herself repeatedly working hard on moves alongside her boyfriend, Max Pham Nguyen.

3She works with an intense trainer.

Jessie trains for her tours with Sonja Moses, a martial arts expert who puts her through some serious butt-kicking moves, according to Women's Health UK. Think: X jumps, ninja burpees, lunges with front knee kicks, and more.

4She does HIIT circuits.

HIIT workouts are a great way to get in intense workouts and push yourselfand Jessie's all about them, her trainer told Women's Health UK.

5She is constantly changing up her workouts.

Jessie shares workout videos on her Instagram Story here and there, and there's clearly not just one exercise she's into. Basically, if you go to the same gym as Jessie, you'll see her doing something different every day.

6She makes exercises harder with bands.

Jessie recently dropped a workout video on her Instagram Story that showed her doing all kinds of things, including leg lifts with an exercise band. She also did a quads workout with another exercise band. Why? The band adds resistance, making her muscles work that much harder and require serious endurance.

7She's a fan of the stair climber.

Stair climbers are no jokejust a few minutes on one of those, and you'll be sweating. Jessie recently shared a video on her Instagram Story of herself climbing away, and jokingly having her hair blow everywhere.

8She's into bodyweight exercises.

Pull-ups are tough under any circumstances. Pull-ups with TRX bands can be even harderand, yep, Jessie does them.

9She works her core.

Having a strong core is vital for just about everything, and it can give you some serious abs as a result. Jessie gets in her core exercises through good old fashioned sit-ups, according to a recent Instagram Story video.

10She does the rower, even though she hates it.

Sometimes, you've just gotta slog through exercises you don't totally loveand Jessie is right there with you. In one Instagram Story clip, you can see her using a rower and singing, "I hatethe rower!"

11She makes exercise a priority.

"You really do have to allocate time to working out. All you consist of in life is your body and Im five-foot-nine of me. So I have to make sure that from my head to my toes, Im doing the best I can to make my life long and healthy," Jessie told Women's Health UK.

12She tries to actually *enjoy* movement.

You can see it in the workout snippets Jessie shares on Instagramshe likes to have fun with the process. "'For me, its a matter of choice. When you wake up in the morning, you have a choice in life. You either procrastinate and you sit back and let your dreams go by, or you enjoy the life youve been given, use that as great energy and dedicate your time to what you want your life to be," she told Women's Health UK. "I try and enjoy everything I do."

13She thinks of being on stage as a workout in itself.

Jessie previously told Women's Health UK that she views her shows as cardio workouts. "My show is cardio, so thats me running around for an hour and a half," she said.

14She leaves her ego at the door when she sweats.

Jessie is all about getting sweaty when she works out. "For me its like, dont care, stop judging yourself, get on with it, get sweaty, get fit. Who cares what you look like?" she told People. "Dont wear makeup; your hairs going to be a mess. Just do it."

15She's active outside the gym, too.

Jessie regularly shares photos and video on Instagram of herself doing all kinds of active stuff, including riding ATVs through the desert. Get it!
